To make a return of a produt certain things has to be fulfilled. If you have paid with a check or money order, they have to been cleared first. If you ordered by credit card the refund will be to that credit card only. Restrictions on returns always exists and of course in here also. See below the restrictions on returns.

No Returns or Refunds on Following Incidents.

• Open Package of DVD's unless a default DVD
• Product that have been installed and used
• Did not want the product and changed your mind.Sales are final.
• You caused product to not work by damages caused by you.
• DVD did not play on a older DVD Player
• Past 30 day's since ordered product.
• Swing Arm Extensions and Mirrors are custom orders and can not be cancelled
• Tires can be handed in to manufacturer warranty
• Crash Cages are final sales and money will not be refunded unless wrong part shipped
• Any products special ordered will not be refunds for.

These circumstances will be acceptable

• Product defected and not working for what it was bought for.
• Product has taken more than 6 weeks to arrive and insurance was asked for. 
• Damaged in shipping and insurance was bought.
• Ordered the wrong product and need to change the product non open or used product
• Bought a product as a gift but person did not want it. You can exchange for same value product but not return for money back. You will be issued a credit for the amount less shipping and restocking fee %10.
• Led light kits has it's own warranty and you ahve to follow the instructions in the kit to obtain the lifetime warranty on lights. You will have to contact them or have us return the product for you but we will charge shipping and handling.
