Extended Frame Sliders

  • All slider sets have a durable powdercoated gloss black finish as a standard, 

  • All slider set components are individually replaceable, including Delrin tips.  (see below)          

  • Base of slider is machined from one piece of 12L14 steel , we leave a 1/8" wall with 1/4" base for rigidity. 

  • All slider bases are form fitting to the chassis of the motorcycle.

  • Outside diameter of slider sets are 1 5/8"

  • Slider sets are bike specific

  • Slider bolts are grade 10.9

  • Delrin tip bolts are grade 8


    Delrin Tips  - (highly abrasive resistant plastic )

  • Also machined from one piece

  • They are t-shaped so upon impact the grade 8 bolt does not carry the load.

  • Replacement tip protrusion is 1 3/16" long

  • Outside diameter of tips are 1 5/8"
